Multi-Tasking

Monday morning began with bustle. We met with the electrician and our builder Scott to review the placement and type of the house electrical. We started with what was on the plans and then proceeded to add and subtract as needed - mostly add, as is our norm. The low-voltage guy was also onsite to discuss our alarm system and placement of phone and TV jacks.

While we were walking about the house to ensure placement of switches and recepticles, the concrete truck and crew were busy pouring the entire basement floor and the garage floor.

When we went back at the end of the day, we actually had to use the front door for access to the house since the garage floor was setting. In addition, the electrician had begun placing boxes and cans throughout the second floor. Hope he is easy-going, we want to move about 4 boxes in the master bedroom. No wires are in yet, so we've been told it's not a huge deal.

  1. Blog looks Great Kell! This is an awesome way to see everything come together. I think it's fun to follow it backwards to see how far we've come. Can't wait to see the whole progression!
