We decided to go with black over stainless to keep the big black wall as a continuous fixture in the kitchen. This theme will be continued with the backsplash tile we have selected, that should be installed in the next week or so...
The toilets were also installed today in all three bathrooms. This is part of the sewer testing - so far flushing, so good! Counter for the master vanity and second floor bath have been installed. Sinks have now been called into question. We are not sure which version we will use in the master. In the picture below, you'll be able to see the two choices. In the second floor bath, the undermount sink we purchased at Expo is a bit small for the large expanse of counter. We are now looking at the Kohler Ying Yang sink, it fits in the same size cut-out in the vanity top but is an above counter sink, adding a bit more visual weight to the space.
Almost forgot - Quartz Silestone Grey Expo in the master bath and Blanco City in the second bath.

Kitchen sink with commercial-style faucet - Kohler "Smart Divide" cast iron sink - the divide is much lower than a typical two-bowl sink.
