More wonderful progress over the last couple days. All the bathroom tile has been grouted and looks fabulous - I am loving them all. The eletrician was back and installing all the can lights and some of the other fixtures we selected. And best of all - the hardwood floor installation has begun!

Low voltage was also installed this week - alarm siren and smoke detector on the ceiling
